As a council of the American Association of Community Colleges, the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) is guided in all of its endeavors by a firm commitment to equity, excellence in education, and employment opportunities for women in community, junior and technical colleges.
The AAWCC Philadelphia Chapter was established in 2009 with the mission to improve the lives of women through education, leadership development and service, including students. Through our annual meetings, events and activities focused on professional development and networking opportunities, you will benefit from the experience, guidance and knowledge from members and our yearly initiatives.
