This panel will explore tips and methods to help alleviate anxiety, including the fear and frustration many feel because of COVID-19; how exercise and physical activity can have a positive impact on our health and outlook; challenges that our students are facing, and what resources at the College that can help; and any beneficial strategies to prioritize physical or mental health.

Join panelists Lorraine Barber (BHHS), Judy Cruz Ransom (Criminal Justice), Monique Hayes (Counseling), Tameka Jackson (Single Stop) and Malika Rahman (Criminal Justice), with moderator Dr. Faye Allard, for an informative discussion.
